Evaluation

An important part of developing the Let's Respect campaign has been the consultation with and involvement of, a wide range of front line clinicians, older people and their carers and professionals - drawn from health, social care and the third sector.

 It's essential that if we are to develop this work and reach out to as many people as possible, we have honest feedback about what we're doing. Please take some time to complete the evaluation form.
